Brett joined CBRE to provide clients with customized and actionable research insights as part of its Strategic Investment Consulting Team. He has more than a decade of economic forecasting and data modeling experience and has consulted in the commercial real estate industry for six years. Brett focuses on harnessing the broad informational resources of the CBRE platform to answer clients’ biggest investment questions and to support strategic capital deployment consistent with their objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Brett was a Vice President at Rosen Consulting Group, where he managed the firm’s data, forecasting and reporting processes, as well as consulted directly for industry-leading lenders, investors and developers. Prior to Rosen Consulting Group, Brett was a senior research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he co-authored and supported research on financial market efficiency, asset price forecasting, monetary policy transmission, foreign exchange markets, multi-asset portfolio optimization and international trade.
Brett graduated with an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Business Economics, with a minor in mathematics, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is based in San Francisco, California.
