Andrea Cross leads CBRE’s Strategic Investment Consulting team, helping U.S. and international clients achieve their investment goals through rigorous, bespoke qualitative and quantitative analysis. Andrea and her team work closely with all aspects of the CBRE platform, including Valuation and Advisory, Labor Analytics, Econometric Advisors and Capital Advisors, to identify the key trends impacting the U.S. commercial real estate sectors and markets and determine each client’s optimal strategy for investment. Andrea also is Head of Capital Markets Research for the Americas, collaborating with CBRE’s capital markets professionals to provide industry-leading research reports and insights for clients.
Andrea has over two decades of experience in economic, demographic and real estate analysis, forecasting, consulting and governmental affairs. She previously was Director of CBRE’s Americas Office Research platform, identifying key trends impacting the office market, producing research reports and advising CBRE’s clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Andrea was National Office Research Manager for Colliers International. Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President with Rosen Consulting Group, where she managed a team of analysts in producing quarterly reports on the U.S. property markets, the economy and demographic trends, and oversaw various consulting engagements for RCG’s clients.
Andrea graduated with honors from Duke University. She is based in San Francisco, California.
