Caroline is a Research Analyst on the CBRE Strategic Investment Consulting team. In her role, she analyzes economic, demographic, real estate and capital markets trends, uses data and forecasts to help clients identify unique investment opportunities and strategies.
Prior to joining CBRE, Caroline was an analyst for City National Bank’s Foreign Exchange team based out of Los Angeles, CA. Working closely with clients, Caroline analyzed future foreign exchange risks and devised tailored solutions to hedge market fluctuations by executing a variety of foreign exchange bank transactions. Before joining the FX team, Caroline was a Specialty Banking Credit Analyst at City National Bank. In this role, she prepared extensive credit risk recommendation packages composed of financial, industrial and collateral analysis.
Caroline received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, majoring in Business Administration with a Finance concentration.
