Daniel Diebel is an Economist with CBRE Econometric Advisors. Daniel is responsible for the forecasts, analysis and world-class research in the retail sector of commercial real estate. Daniel helps to improve the statistical time series models by applying causal inference and machine learning to glean actionable insights for EA’s clients.
Daniel holds a master’s in economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a bachelor’s in discrete mathematics from the University of Nevada, Reno. His dissertation work focused on market failures, pricing of unpriced goods, regulated versus unregulated markets, environmental economics, and consumer retail behavior.
