Jing Ren is an economist with CBRE Econometric Advisors in Boston. Her primary responsibilities include forecasting commercial real estate metrics for U.S. markets and conducting research on fundamental analysis of commercial real estate portfolio diversification. Her research interests also include attribution analysis and site selection.
Dr. Ren has a strong background in econometric modeling, and taught Econometrics at Brandeis University prior to joining CBRE. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Brandeis University.
