Michael has conducted real estate related research for roughly four years. Before joining CBRE EA, he was a research associate at the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School and Bowery Valuation. He has performed academic research on a wide range of topics including health care policy, public infrastructure, housing prices, and commercial real estate. Michael holds a master’s degree in Economics from George Mason University.
