With the pandemic continuing to affect the U.S. economy, investors are wondering what's in store for commercial real estate. Which factors are driving pricing?

Transaction volume in Q2 2020 declined 77% relative to last year for the five main property types. Investors are being more cautions and lowering their price expectations. However,  lenders tend to be more conservative.
