SupplyTrack Access to Sunset June 30, 2023

After many years CBRE EA will part ways with DCN as an exclusive resellers effective June 30, 2023. CBRE SupplyTrack subscription delivery will migrate to DCN on or before July 01, 2023.

Our client care team has been working with client contract managers to activate trials and finalize the appropriate transition plan.

SupplyTrack is a database of proposed, underway, and completed commercial real estate projects in the U.S. and Canada. It provides real estate professionals an easy way to assess the coming supply of real estate in terms accepted and used by the real estate industry. Property types include office, industrial, retail, multi-housing, hotel, and senior housing.

SupplyTrack reports and tracks construction projects through nine different phases: pre-planning, planning, final planning, bidding, start, underway, completed, deferred, and abandoned. Detailed project information includes square footage, construction cost, number of units, and location.
