Feb 4, 2020, 06:18 AM by User Not Found

Ibrahiim Bayaan, EconomistI am proud to announce that CBRE Econometric Advisors has added Ibrahiim Bayaan to our group of esteemed economists. Ibrahiim is a true expert in the industrial and logistics sector and will be responsible for forecasting and analyzing industrial trends in the U.S. He will also continue the firm’s research of trends in logistics and e-commerce to understand their impact on the future of industrial commercial real estate.

Ibrahiim has 10+ years of experience in economic analysis, having spent the duration of his career forecasting trends within logistics, transportation and industrial sectors. He joins CBRE from FreightWaves, a data analytics and risk management startup focused on real-time analysis of the transportation and logistics industries, where he served as chief economist.

Prior to that, Ibrahiim led economic analysis at UPS. He was key to revamping UPS’s international, domestic and regional forecasting procedures, developing statistical models to explain macroeconomic activity and its effect on transportation patterns.

Ibrahiim completed doctoral work at Emory University. He has established himself as a go-to speaker on trends within transportation, supply chain and logistics.

Please join me in welcoming Ibrahiim to CBRE Econometric Advisors.
